I'm a new patient, new to Myrtle Beach. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, efficient, and professional. I received a thorough exam by Dr. McMillan. I especially appreciated that he took the time to review my x-rays with me and explain what the x-rays revealed. The cleaning experience also was excellent.

I am delighted with the services that I received from Dr. McMillan and Miranda. Both were knowledgeable, resourceful, and friendly. I am extremely finicky about anyone doing work on me, especially the front of my mouth. Dr. Butler's office was researched for a about a year, so I felt confident in seeing him and only him. My chip filling fell out a week or so prior to 11/18/21. On that day, Dr. McMillian came in saying that Dr. Butler was not in. Immediately, anxiety kicked in. However, little did I know, I was safe. I could have gone to sleep if I did not have to concentrate on holding my mouth opened. He demonstrated a level of consideration, care, attentiveness, and expertise that I have never seen. He made sure that I was satisfied with the services provided. My two chips never looked better. I strongly recommend Dunes Dental Associates. What a lovely asset Dr. McMillan is to a practice that he grew up attending. Again, Dr. McMillan thank you and as I told you "You did your thing."

I had a great experience with the Dr. and hygienist and really appreciated them not pushing me to have too many X-rays because I have health issues and disabilities.

I was referred to the Dunes Dental Associates and could not be more pleased with my experience. It all started with Katie who offered the best customer service, accommodating changes and scheduling for my entire family for appointments. Marie sparkled up some teeth with gentle care and Dr. Butler made everyone feel relaxed while in his professional care.

My wife and I are full-time RV visiting the Myrtle Beach area. The crown on molar number 31 popped out when I was flossing and I called several dentists in the Myrtle Beach area to no avail. Then I called dunes Dental Associates and Inga answered the phone and got me in directly and I had my crown replaced within a few hours. I’m so thankful for the great service at an affordable price. Wonderful people and I highly recommend them.

I had an idea that I had an issue with a tooth which wasn’t part of our initial visit. I was going to ask for an X-ray when I was to have my next scheduled appointment. I didn’t have to wait. Dr. Butler had to have continued to evaluate my X-rays after I had left because I received a call from his office that let me know the tooth needed a root canal. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and the professional expertise Dr Butler provides. I am new to the area and chose Dr Butler because of all the great reviews and that his practice is not a chain type business.

The office staff was extremely helpful and efficient. They accepted me as a new patient when I broke a tooth, and had no problem scheduling me for repair and getting my dental records from my Greenville dentist. Dr. Butler was very thorough in explaining the procedures and reasons for each. He seemed concerned that I requested no numbing, but he accepted the challenge to do it to fill a deep cavity. He repaired the broken tooth and fixed another cavity in an adjacent tooth. He did a fantastic job! I felt no pain, and the fillings look beautiful. My previous dentist was equally talented, but his office has coffee, hot chocolate, tea, bottled water and cookies in the wating area for patients. I missed that. However, I have already recommended Dunes Dental Associates to three other people, and my dental repair was only yesterday. Thank You Dunes Dental

My experience at Dunes Dental Associates at my most recent appointment was (as always) exceptionally good. I had just a cleaning and x-rays with Gail. She is very thorough and does a great job. No discomfort whatsoever, explains things to perfection and is quite personable. Dr. Butler also steps in when the hygienist’s part is complete and he does a further exam and follows up with his own assessment of my dental health. I was seen promptly and got in and out in good time. Very professional all around. That includes too the front desk staff where I was greeted warmly by Inga and had the check-out to settle billing and follow-up appointment. Very professional and friendly atmosphere start to finish. I highly recommend this office for great dental care.

A few years ago, I changed from a practice here in NMB to Dunes Dental. I have been extremely pleased with the service. Dr. Butler appears to be very conscientious and thorough. Donna is patient and thorough in the cleaning of my teeth. Unfortunately, some of my issues cannot be corrected, and as hard as I try, I do not seem to be able to avoid mishaps. Recently, the office has begun sending text messages to remind me of my appointments, and this is very helpful. I appreciate the Dunes Dental professionals very much!

Dr. Butler's office is the most organized and efficient office I have ever been to. The office is immaculate and all staff members are friendly, courtesy and caring.
